Description: 10 slices white or wheat bread 1/2 cup honey, melted (#1307) 4 + cups apple juice 1 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon (#1844) 2 tsp. lemon juice 3/4 tsp. Nutmeg (#1010) 5 – 6 cups Wyman's Berry Blend (#1223) Cut bread into cubes, place in 4 qt. slow cooker. Sprinkle with spices. Mix liquid ingredients together, pour over bread. Stir, let bread absorb juice for a few minutes. Add more juice, a little at a time, until just a little remains in the bottom, unabsorbed (moist but not soggy is best). Add fruit and mix well.
