Apple Pudding with Caramel Sauce

 Apple Pudding with 
Caramel Sauce
Description:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup soft butter
2 cups peeled, shredded apples
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. apple pie seasoning (#1001)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup white or whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. AP Sweet Vanilla Powder (#1534)

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a 9" x 9" greased or sprayed pan in a 350º oven for 45 min. Serve warm with ice cream and caramel sauce. 6–8 servings. Enjoy!!

Caramel Sauce
1/2 tsp. AP Sweet Vanilla Powder (#1534)
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 cup evaporated milk
