Brownies with Mint Patty Frosting

 Brownies with Mint Patty
 Frosting
Description:
1/2 recipe AP Richly Delicious Fudge Brownie Mix (#1824), made according to directions. (Use 1 egg.)
Add:
1/2 cup Ghirardelli® Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (#1186)
1/2 cup Ghirardelli® Real Milk Chocolate Chips (#1187)

Bake in greased 9" x 9" pan according to package directions. Frost while warm. Makes 16-2" x 2" brownies. Very rich and fudgy.

Frosting:
1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
3 Tbsp. Ghirardelli® Unsweetened Dutch Process Baking Cocoa (#1185)
1 – 2 Tbsp. milk
15 small mint patties broken in fourths

Make chocolate frosting and gently fold in the mint patties. Enjoy!!
